Stage 1: Building The Foundation
Starting with a solid foundation is key to enabling your business to grow with more ease. This means getting to know you, your business, and your team; ensuring you’re organized and compliant; setting up clean books you understand; and where you are on the Founder’s Journey. From there, we’ll chart a path to your personalized success and align our efforts with your desired outcomes. This stage typically takes a month or two depending on the size of your business.
This foundation then supports your ongoing monthly bookkeeping services.

Stage 2: Process Optimization
We’ll work with you to fine-tune your accounting processes, such as A/R, A/P, and payroll processing, to ensure they’re built for ease and are as reliable and accurate as possible. We’ll then handle them moving forward, which helps us optimize your cash flow timing. This stage typically takes two to three months.

Stage 3: Driving Cash Flows
We’ll create a weekly cash flow forecast and determine your Cash Runway—how long your cash will last. It’s a mini-budget that details what’s possible and what's not. From here, we begin planning how to improve your Cash Runway, and make investments in your business. This stage typically takes three to six months.
